The Innovation House framework is a collaborative process designed to encourage a best practice response to a specific client’s needs. This process typically starts with a conversation around their construction challenge and considers 6 key elements by way of a response. These elements each guide the response and typically a client has a couple of favored elements IE technology and energy.

Of course the clients preferences can and should skew the project outcome to suit these preferences. The hope is that a great response in the area of energy efficiency might also be somewhat better than usual performance in the other 5 elements that are often overlooked. The finished product addresses the client preferences however it also addresses the other elements and consequently is a much better building response.
